Welcome to Active Ants class! We are a Year 2 class and our teachers are Mrs Fennah, Mrs Watts and Mrs Tumber. Mrs Papworth and Ms Sopp are our teaching assistants. Mrs Antliff teaches our weekly PE lesson.

This year all of our classes have been named after animals. Just like an Active Ant our classroom will be a place where curiosity, creativity and teamwork are at the heart of our learning! Our classroom will be a place where we are encouraged to choose how you want to learn, develop your own ideas and ways of doing things, and make meaningful connections with the world around you.

Just like busy little ants, we work together to explore new possibilities and learn through hands-on experiences. We celebrate children’s ideas, encourage independence and help them become confident, creative and active learners.
